This is so easy to make and really refreshing alongside any main dish.
1 English cucumber sliced 1/4 cup diced red onion (I buy pre-diced!) Splashes of @Braggs ACV to taste 1 tsp @lakanto monk fruit sweetener Himalayan Pink Salt Dill (fresh pictured) but dry in spice form tastes just as good!
Slice your cucumber Sprinkle with salt and monkfruit, toss Top with diced red onion, toss Sprinkle lots of dill to cover About 5 healthy splashes of ACV This takes maybe 2 minutes! Place in your refrigerator for an hour and enjoy with dinner tonight! (You can add sour cream if you wish to add a bit of creaminess. I like @goodculture) Enjoy in health!
